Overview
Advantage Assistant is a CGI product that provides tailored on-screen, step-by-step guidance or overview videos within the CORE application. This helps increase accuracy and reduce support desk issues.
Step-by-Step Guides
The step-by-step guides allow users to follow along in real time while in the CORE application and complete specific actions. Following are instructions on accessing Advantage Assistant. For the purposes of this example, the Change your password will be highlighted.
1. Click the blue vertical line in bottom right of screen.
2. Click the blue vertical line in bottom right of screen.
3. Select Screen Guide tab and the step by step program you are wanting. For the purposes of this example, the Change your password will be used.
4. Select your initials and then select Account Settings.
5. Select Password Management section and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
6. Enter the current password in the "Current Password" field and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
7. Enter the new password in the "New Password" field (note it is case sensitive) and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
8. Enter the new password in the "Confirm Password" field (note it is case sensitive) and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
9. Click Save & Close button at top of screen.
10. Click Ok and Select the "X" to close the screen guide.
