OIT's Service Hub Customer Portal: Use the Service Hub Customer Portal to submit a ticket.
Submitting a Ticket through Service Hub
Navigate to the portal.
Click on Get Help.
Select the CORE Issue option.
Complete the form and submit your ticket.
Important Note: You will be required to provide your CORE ID when using the Service Hub Customer Portal option.
