This process group includes Interfaces uploaded directly to the STAT table for Cost Allocation.
Rationale or background to policy:
Statistics are used to allocate a cost or revenue pool. To reduce mistakes an automated upload to the STAT table is necessary and saves time. The upload will include spreadsheet or a file coming from a legacy system. This includes the Labor Distribution Cost (LDC) module.
Policy Statement:
CAlloc.PO.04 CAlloc Upload Directly to the STAT Table
Departments shall upload statistics used in the Cost Allocation directly into the STAT table. If the STAT table for a given cost or revenue pool is small, maybe less than 30 lines, this may be optional.

infoAdvantage Report, ATS Upload and STAT table:
ATS Workbook Template
- Log into Info Advantage
- Open My Favorites and locate the selected ADB Report
- Click the public folder drop down
- Click the DE1-Core Reports drop down
- Click the State wide??? reports dropdown
- Open the Cost Allocation Folder
- Select the appropriate Report
- Enter the required material for the selected report and run it
ATS (Automatic Transaction Submission) tool
- Select File > Save As and pick the location you want to save the report (be sure to save it as an Excel file)
- Toggle back to Advantage
- Using the Search feature, navigate to Page Search
- Enter Page Code = ATS
- Click Browse
- Click Automated Transaction Submission
- Click Browse
- Find the ADB spreadsheet and click Open
- Click Upload
Statistical Unit (STAT)
- Jump to the STAT table
- Verify the data in the Statistical Group, Statistical Record Id, Description and Statistical Unit fields were uploaded correctly
Processing of LDC Interface
Assumption: LDC Interface automatically replaces the manual data entry that occurs in the Statistical Unit (STAT) table.
Process infoAdvantage Reports for validation of STAT results
Assumption: Processing of infoAdvantage Reports to compare against the results in the STAT table for validation. These might include the following:
Matching Report
Exception Report
Log into Info Advantage using the same system administrator assigned username and password
Open My Favorites and locate the selected LDC Report
Click the public folder drop down
Click the Reports drop down
Click the State wide??? reports dropdown
Open the LDC??? Folder
Select the XXX Report
Enter the required material for the selected report and run it
Repeat this process for all reports needed
Analysis of the STAT values
Assumption: Missing or incorrect data
Data needs to be removed through a reversal process
Interface needs to be run again
infoAdvantage Reports need to be run again
Data needs to be analyzed
