Removing WriteLock Errors
Summary: For various reasons, users may find themselves “write-locked” (also known as write lock or simply locked or locked out). The following are the steps to clear the error message:
1. Once you are logged into CORE, click on the Release Write Locks (LOCK) quick tile
2. Click Apply
3. There may be multiple entries or records here, select checkbox and then click APPLY to release appropriate locks (i.e. day+ old ones, requested locks, etc.)
The write locks will be released and the user can navigate to other screens within PB.
