This job aid describes the steps to run a Paginated report.
Enter RPRTLST into the Global Search field and choose Report Listing.
2. Once here, on the Report Listing page, and then you can navigate to your desired folder to access reports.
Click on the report that you would like to run.
Tip: Favorite a report by clicking on the heart at the far right of the report name.
3. Paginated reports may have required parameters that must be selected before you can run the report. These parameters help narrow down the data you need to pull back in the report, such as by fiscal year, department code, or fund code.
4. After you enter the parameters and click the View Report button, your report should be displayed. You can select the Export button to download the report.
