100_CY_LEGISLATION

• Purpose:

  • Load Supplemental + Special Bills for the Current Year

• Stages:

• 300 > Initial Fiscal Note Stage

• 400 > Appropriation Stage

• 405 > Review/Approvals by Cabinets

• 450 > Review/Approvals by OSPB

• 575 > Review/Approvals by State Controller’s Office

• 900 > Interface to CORE to create BG Documents (set by OSPB)

• 950 > Ready for rollover (set by OSPB)

• 975 > Postponed Indefinitely Bills that must not roll over

105_RY_LongBill

• Purpose:

  • Long Bill information after it is introduced

• Stages:

• OSBP uses this layout for long bill interface to CORE

110_RY_LEGISLATION

● Purpose:

• Use for all bills (Except the Long Bill) with request year impact

• Impacts include appropriations, revenues, or transfers

● Stages:

• 300 > Initial Fiscal Note Stage

• 400 > Appropriation Stage

• 405 > Review/Approvals by Cabinets

• 450 > Review/Approvals by OSPB

• 575 > Review/Approvals by State Controller’s Office
