This job aid describes steps to resolve the UDOC error when approving a modified UDOC.
When approving a modified UDOC, you may receive the UDOC error message “Error occurred while performing workflow action.”
If you receive this error, you will want to follow the steps below:
You will want to check the precedence for the Security roles that were used on the most recent UDOC previous to the one you’re approving. The precedence must be consistent and cannot be changed when modifying a CORE user UDOC. If you’re adding additional security roles to the UDOC you will want to continue in numerical order. See example below:
