This job aid describes steps on how to identify your department appointed CORE Security Administrator. There is a report that can be run in infoAdvantage that will list your department-appointed CORE Security Administrator along with other CORE Users that have UDOC Entry role assigned that are able to create, modify, and disable a CORE Users CORE access. To identify who these users are, you will want to follow the steps below.
Log into CORE
On the left-hand Navigation Panel,
select the infoAdvantage Icon near the bottom
select Reports and Dashboards
select infoAdvantage
3. Click the Folders icon
4. Expand Public Reports.
5. Expand CORE Reports.
6. Expand Statewide Reports.
7. Scroll down the list
8. Select Security and Workflow
Select SEC-001 - User Security and Workflow Information by Dept
9. Click the Query icon
10. Once your Prompt menu has populated you will want to select the Query icon for the Home Department Code.
11. Select all of the department codes within your Cabinet. (Note: Cabinet A has been selected for visual aid purposes, only).
To select multiple departments at once, you will want to click on a department and hold down the ctrl button on your keyboard while selecting other departments.
By selecting all the departments within your Cabinet this will help with your search in case your department appointed CORE Security Administrator is outside your home department within your cabinet.
12. Select Security Role.
13. For the Security Role, select Query icon.
14. Select the Security Role ID D_SW_UDOC_ENTRY.
16. Select Run.
After selecting Run, your search results will populate for the cabinet you have selected. You will then be able to see the home department, name, email address and telephone number for the CORE Administrator within your department.
