Process
This job aid describes steps on how to determine users in a document’s approval group. To determine users in a document’s approval group, you will want to follow the steps below:
Open the Transaction you are working on.
Select the 3-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner (this will open a new pane).
Select Track Work in Progress button
4. This opens a new window to the Track Work in Progress Page; which shows you the levels of approval by Approval Level pictorially and lists information about
Assignment Date
Initial Assignee Name
Approval Status
Approval User Name.
Additionally, there is a Log section that gives more detail like User ID.
5. Highlight and copy the name of the Initial Assignee Name that the transaction is pending.
6. Go to infoAdvantage
On the left-hand Navigation Panel,
select the infoAdvantage Icon near the bottom
select Reports and Dashboards
select infoAdvantage
7. Click the Folders icon
8. Expand Public Reports.
9. Expand CORE Reports.
10. Expand Statewide Reports.
11. Scroll down the list
8. Select Security and Workflow
Select WF-003 - Workflow Groups
9. Click the Query icon to run a query using the Role Name you copied from the document and select Ok.
10. Select the Role Name section
Paste or type the Role name you captured and hit return.
Select the checkbox next to the Role name.
Click Run
11. The Detailed tab will list all users in the approval group. Review the results to see all the CORE users who have access rights to approve your document.
