Using the Forgot Password Link
These instructions describe the steps on how to change your CORE Password using the Forgot Password Link.
Click the Forgot Password link.
Enter your username and click Continue.
Enter your Security Answer and click Reset Password.
You will receive a confirmation that your new password has been sent to the email address on record.
Upon receiving the email with the temporary password:
Sign back into CORE.
You will then be redirected to the Change Password screen.
Enter the temporary password in the Current Password field.
Create a new password and confirm it.
Click Save.
