How do I resolve the "A Query filter contains too many values" error?
This Internal Error is seen when a user selects more than 100 items in a prompt selection. To resolve the error, click OK, refresh the report again, then reduce the number of items in the prompt selection to less than 100.
How do I resolve "Internal Error: Missing sEntry parameter"?
This Internal Error is seen when you are trying to export a very large data set. To resolve the error, click OK. You will then need to run the report with a smaller data set, export the report, and then combine the reports in excel after they are downloaded.
How do I resolve the error "An error occurred while trying to launch infoAdvantage portal. Please contact your System Administrator"?
Your infoAdvantage access could be disabled for too many unsuccessful login attempts or because you have transferred agencies and need to be reactivated again. You will want to contact CORE Help (core.help@state.co.us).
How do I resolve "no data to retrieve"?
This error can occur for several reasons:
One of the prompt values entered is no valid (ie, case sensitivity in prompt selection).
The combination of prompts entered does not have any matching transactions.
If the message appears after 10 to 20 minutes the query was unable to find data within the timeout of the report.
