Solicitation Batch Processing Schedule

Please be aware that solicitations you enter in CORE will be processed in groups via a batch process that occurs every hour on the half-hour from 6:30 am through 5:30pm. There will be a slight lag between when you first post a solicitation in CORE and when it will appear in Vendor Self-Service (VSS). 

The schedule below outlines when you can expect to see your solicitation in VSS, based on when it was first posted. Please keep in mind that batch job completion times are an estimate only and will vary based on the total amount of data that is submitted for processing in a given cycle. The schedule may also be adjusted over time based on volumes or other factors.
