This job aid explains how to view a budget request entered from a prior legislative session. The budget requests from prior legislative sessions are saved in PB using a prefix. The prefix is formatted with the two character year followed by an ‘H’, followed by the budget request layout form code. PB has historical data for the following:
Legislative Session Year Code
2023 23H*
2024 24H*
2025 25H*
Step 1: In the global navigation bar, confirm that Page Code is checked.
Step 2: Enter BUDR and select 'BUDR Formulate Budget Request'
(Alternately, you can click on the BUDR Quick Link tile)
Step 3: Enter the 'Code' for the budget form the layout that you would like to review and click 'Apply.'
(For example, to review the 2023 Decision Items, enter 23H030* in the Code field)
Step 4: Click the 'Select' button for the Budget Layout Code used by your agency
Step 5: From the Grid Actions section, select the Request Code for the budget request you would like to view and use the 3-dot menu to select 'View'
NOTE: If you inadvertently select 'Edit,' you will receive an error message.
