Process
This job aid describes the activities required to obtain and use the “Budget Form Information – includes all Forms and all data from request” report from infoAdvantage. This report provides separate tabs for Any Form, Base Adjustments, Decision Items, Budget Amendments, and Supplementals. This report is intended to provide PB users access to entries that have been entered in the PB System.
Access infoAdvantage through CORE
2. Select CORE Reports>Folders>Public Folders>CORE Reports>Statewide Reports>Performance Budgeting>Budget Form Information – includes all Forms and all data from the request
3. Select Query from the toolbar
4. A reports window appears providing options for selecting prompts.
Select Cabinet
For example, to obtain the report for the Department of Personnel and Administration, enter A in the Cabinet prompt field. Run report.
5. To download the report, select the down arrow:
