Why are some of the data for the department not auto-populating once a warehouse item is selected in an SRQ?
For department objects to be auto-populated on SRQ transactions, the department object code needs to be set up with inventory items on the INVN table. If needed, you will want to work with your departmental warehouse managers to set up the appropriate department object codes for stock items.
What should I do if my ID is not listed on the issuer list on SRQ?
If your ID is not listed on the Issuer list on SRQ, please blank out the Issuer ID field, and manually enter your name, Phone number and Email.
