How do I resolve the PDI Error (exceptions occurred while retrieving files from PDI server. Server replied with error. The system cannot find the file specified.) I received on my IET ATS upload?

The worksheet cannot be renamed or the ATS upload won't work.  The worksheet is named Sheet1 (no spaces).  If it isn't, you must rename it back to Sheet1 and resubmit the document.

How do I troubleshoot errors on a General Accounting document, such as an ITI and ITA?

There are built-in links for most errors that appear on transactions. To view the errors, click “View All” at the top of the screen.

To correct the error, read the error message description carefully, then click the link of the error to launch the section where the error is located. Review the missing/incorrect data or related table/Chart of Accounts (COA) and make necessary changes.  One change may resolve a few errors, so it is important to validate the transaction after each change. If you are unable to figure out how to correct the error please send an e-mail to core.help@state.co.us and please provide the following:

How do I resolve Error A1613 BSA Type for BSA is not Valid as Defined by the BSA Restriction on the Posting Code?

Error A1613 means that balance sheet account (BSA) used for the posting code doesn’t match to the posting code account type.

For example, the account type of posting code A016 is asset.

If you use BSA 2020 (Account Type: Liability) along with posting code A016 (Account Type: Asset) on the accounting line, error A1613 “BSA Type for BSA is not Valid as Defined by the BSA Restriction on the Posting Code” will be triggered.

To resolve the error A1613, the posting code account type will need to be matched with BSA account type. In the example above, either the posting code needs to be changed to a liability account type posting code like A015 or the BSA needs to be changed to an asset account type BSA like 1342 to resolve the error.

What do I do if my ITI received the error “Line limit of 1 was exceeded for ITI_DOC_VEND”?

One of the bigger improvements of CORE 4 is ITIs. In 3.9 you would have to add a vendor line for each accounting line if you wanted to have a multiple-line ITI. In CORE 4, you can have multiple accounting lines under one vendor line, of course, this limits the ITI to only one vendor line. If you’re used to copying prior ITIs and using those previously set-up transactions, those transactions won't be able to be copied in their current state. You'll have to set up a new ITI with one vendor line and multiple accounting lines, and then you'll be able to copy that new ITI for use.
