Colorado State Treasury Cashier Window Schedule for Calendar Year 2024

Important Reminders & Helpful Information 

1. Bank Dates must match to the States' account (ends in 0912). 

   • Not to your external bank account. 

2. Do not combine Deposit Slip Totals, each should be on its own row on DD Sheets to match the bank.
   a. Each deposit slip total will appear as a separate line item on the bank transaction detail. 

3. All CRs on DD Sheets must have your agency approval prior to submitting it to Treasury Cashiers. 

4. Given the volume we process, we rely on being able to copy+paste from your DD Sheets to CORE.
   a. Please ensure Doc IDs are accurate, & have no extra characters or blanks that may cause errors. 

5. Submitting DD Sheets for Approval - Use file name format below as the Email Subject Line.
   a. The file name date and date on the top right corner of the DD Sheet is the date you send us the email. 

6. DD Sheet File name fortmat is: CORE DEPT CODE + MM.DD.YY + $AMOUNT
   Example Using State Treasury
   WAAA 06.30.23 $100,000.00 

7. Keep FY24 & FY25 DD Sheets on Separate DD Sheets. 

On 6/28, walk-in deposits must be at the State Treasurer’s Office by 1:00 pm (the earlier the better) to be recorded in balance sheet account 1100-Operating Cash for  FY2024.
