Process
This job aid describes the steps to view the Cost Allocation (CA) transaction.
1. Enter CA in the Global Search field.
2 Enter the Department in the Transaction Dept field.
Select Search
Select desired transaction ID
3. Select the Accounting tab.
4. Select Accounting Line 1.
a. Select the Posting tab.
5. Select Accounting Line 2.
a. Select the Posting tab.
6. Select Accounting Line 3.
a. Select the Posting tab.
7. Select Accounting Line 4.
a. Select the Posting tab.
8. Repeat steps 5 -6 for remaining accounting lines.
