This job aid describes steps to create a new Program Record for a Non-Reimbursable Grant from table maintenance.
1. Enter PPC in the Global Search field.
2. Select Create to create a new line for the new record.
3. Complete the General Information tab.
Select a Department
Enter the Major Program Code
Enter a unique Program Period
Enter Program Period Name.
Enter a Short Name.
Expand the Show More caret
Enter a Program Period Inference From date
Enter a Program Period Inference To date
Verify that the Active checkbox is checked
Verify that the Budgeting checkbox is checked
Under General Options, Select Reimbursement Status: Suspended for Reimbursement
Select Save
