Why Can't I Find Budget Transactions?

With the CORE Upgrade, there were some changes, which occurred with budget structures. The budget structures in CORE4 changed from structures 90,91,92,93, and 94(currently in 3.9) to structures 190,191,192,193 and 194 (in 4). The change will apply to both the document codes and BQ screens.

For example:

BGA90 in 3.9 will now be BGA190

BQ90LV3 in 3.9 will now be BQ190LV3
