Some CORE4 ATS templates are not uploading. See the Problem and Solution sections below to address this.
Problem: The current version of the ATS process is blocking some templates from being uploaded. This particular issue can be identified by not seeing the original template and a “camel lock” file after the upload.
The current version of the ATS process is blocking some templates from being uploaded. This particular issue can be identified by not seeing the original template and a “camel lock” file after the upload.
1. Template is uploaded.
2. Once the green bar is full, you’ll get a message that the upload is done and you can close the window. **Do this immediately after uploading to see the issue.
3. Unsuccessful upload.
4. In comparison, this is what a successful upload looks like. Two files in the upload area.
To temporarily work around this issue while it is being researched and remediated, follow these steps when a file disappears after upload.
Open the template that won’t upload. Click in the very upper left-hand corner of the grid. This will highlight all entries on the sheet.
Right-click and select Copy from the menu.
2. Open a new clean spreadsheet and select the same corner. Then right-click and select Paste Special -> Values & Source Formatting to capture all data.
3. Make sure to save the new sheet with the .xls extension.
These steps will get a spreadsheet to load while the root cause of the issue is determined and remediated. If you have any questions regarding this process, please email core.help@state.co.us
