Summary

Some CORE4 ATS templates are not uploading.  See the Problem and Solution sections below to address this.

Problem:  The current version of the ATS process is blocking some templates from being uploaded.  This particular issue can be identified by not seeing the original template and a “camel lock” file after the upload.

1. Template is uploaded.

2. Once the green bar is full, you’ll get a message that the upload is done and you can close the window.  **Do this immediately after uploading to see the issue.

Solution:  

To temporarily work around this issue while it is being researched and remediated, follow these steps when a file disappears after upload.

Access the unuploadable template. Click the top left corner of the grid to highlight all entries. Right click, then choose Copy.

2.  Open a new clean spreadsheet and select the same corner.  Then right-click and select Paste Special -> Values & Source Formatting to capture all data.

3.  Make sure to save the new sheet with the .xls extension.
