What types of transactions can be created using an ATS Upload?

Can I rename a worksheet on an ATS Template?

No, you must leave the worksheet named Sheet1. If you change the name of the worksheet, the PDI map that enables the upload will not be found, and you will receive an error message.

How do I request to have new ATS Templates added/created?

These requests should be directed to the CORE Governance Committee (CGC).  You can submit a request by using the New Requests Form located on the CORE Governance page.

Can I delete columns on the ATS Spreadsheet?

Columns cannot be deleted from ATS Spreadsheet Uploads. If you delete columns, the template may be corrupted, and not work, and you will have to download a new template. If there are columns on the ATS template you do not wish to use, rather than deleting the columns, you may hide them.

What is the difference between the Cash Receipt (CR) and 10XX Account Cash Receipt (CR10XX) ATS templates 

There are two CR based ATS templates available for creating transaction uploads to CORE

The Cash Receipt (CR) upload should be used for the creation of standard Cash Receipt (CR) and Cash Receipt Treasury Walk in (CR3) transactions.   The 10XX Account Cash Receipt (CR10XX) transaction differs from the two other transactions in that CR10XX transactions

What would cause an ATS Spreadsheet template to be corrupted?

Columns cannot be deleted from ATS Spreadsheet Uploads or they won't work and the template may be corrupted.  You can hide columns, but you cannot delete them. If any columns were deleted, you will have to download a new template.
