Screen Guides
The screen guides allow users to follow along in real time while in the CORE application and complete specific actions. Following are instructions on accessing Advantage Assistant. For the purposes of this example, the Change your password will be highlighted.

Use typed entries instead of picklists or favorites when following screen guides.
If a field is not optimal or required, skip it and click the right arrow to advance to the next step.
Troubleshooting Field-Level Prompts
If prompts aren't displaying correctly:
Switch to full screen mode.
Adjust your screen resolution to enhance visibility and ensure optimal layout alignment.
Managing the Dialog Box When It Obscures Menu Selections
Instructions:
Click the minimize icon (next to the X in the top-right corner of the dialog box).
Open the page-level 3-dot menu.
Select "Create Position Status Maintenance" from the dropdown.
To continue, click the maximize icon (located in the same place) to restore the dialog box view.
How to Navigate the Screen Guide
1. Click the blue vertical line in bottom right of screen.
2. Click the blue vertical line in bottom right of screen.
3. Select Screen Guide tab and the step by step program you are wanting. For the purposes of this example, the Change your password will be used.
4. Select your initials and then select Account Settings.
5. Select Password Management section and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
6. Enter the current password in the "Current Password" field and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
7. Enter the new password in the "New Password" field (note it is case sensitive) and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
8. Enter the new password in the "Confirm Password" field (note it is case sensitive) and then click the "next" arrow located in the lower right of the pop up.
9. Click Save & Close button at top of screen.
10. Click Ok and Select the "X" to close the screen guide.
