Searching Security Role Access Information

This job aid describes how to look up Security Role Access Information by running the SEC-006 Security Role Access Information report in infoAdvantage.
SEC-006 Security Role Access Information report in infoAdvantage allows you to know which security roles correspond with different CORE transactions allowing the user to enter a CORE transaction, approve a CORE transaction or edit a table in CORE. To check the Security Role Access Information, you will want to follow the steps below:
In CORE, on the left-hand Navigation Panel,
On the left-hand Navigation Panel,
select the infoAdvantage Icon near the bottom
select Reports and Dashboards
select infoAdvantage
Click the Folders icon
Expand Public Reports
Expand CORE Reports
Expand Statewide Reports.
Scroll down the list
Select Security and Workflow
Select SEC-006 Security Role Access Information
Click Query
Select the prompt you want to search, i.e., Security Role ID.
Enter the Security Role in the Search box.
If you do not know the Security Role, you can select the Refresh icon above the box to search for the Security Role ID.
Select the role you want
Click Run
Note: You can export this report to different formats to filter on specifics
