This job aid describes steps on how to run the Workflow Groups Report in infoAdvantage for CORE Security and Workflow

purposes.

The Workflow Groups Report provides the complete list of Workflow groups that belong to either a specific department or

cabinet. You will need to run this report to select the appropriate workflow groups when completing a UDOC to either add new

user or modify user.

To run the Workflow Groups group in infoAdvantage, you will want to follow the steps below:

CORE Navigation Panel: Business Intelligence Icon > Reports and Dashboards > infoAdvantage.
Highlight the Folders icon on main page
Highlight the navigation through report folders
Highlight WF-003 report selection
Select Query icon to add search parameters

In the Prompts window, you can specify a Department.

Select Enter Department (Use % as WildCard).

i. If you do not know the Department, you can select Refresh Values button above the prompt search box.
