How do I Print Transactions?
From a transaction that has an associated BIRT template, click the 3-dot menu then select View PDF. This will cause the transaction to download and create a PDF template version. Then access the downloaded file and email, view, print to a printer, etc.
The following transactions can generate a formatted version of the transaction using the steps above:
Procurement
PO_FORM_ADV: Form template for PO, POGG1, CT, CTGG1, DO transactions
SR_FORM: Form for Solicitation Response transactions (baseline)
SO_FORM: Form for Solicitation transactions
MA_FORM: Form for Master Agreement and State Price Agreement transactions
EV_FORM: Form for Evaluation transactions (baseline)'
AP
DISB_PRN_FORM: Warrants
DIB_EFT_FORM: EFT Transfer
AR
GEN_IN_REG_FORM: Invoice form
Inventory
PI_FORM_ADV- Pick and Issue form
There isn't a pre-existing PDF template version (in BIRT) for you to build if the transaction isn't included in the list above. To request a BIRT template for a specific transaction, please submit a CGC request. You can also use the internet browser's print-to-PDF function to create the print version of the transaction from CORE.
How to make a PDF of CORE Website Transactions (Job Aids, etc.)?

How do I resolve the “No Print jobs exist” error when attempting to Print a transaction in CORE?
When you attempt to print a transaction that does not have a print template established in CORE, you will get the error “No print jobs exist” and will not be able to print that transaction using this feature.
The list below provides CORE Transactions that do have existing templates for printing in a standardized layout. If you are trying to print a transaction that is not in the list, it is recommended you print from your browser’s print menu instead.
