What Is Advantage Assistant?
Advantage Assistant is an interactive, on‑screen guidance tool built directly into CORE. It provides step‑by‑step support while you work, helping you complete tasks accurately and confidently without needing to leave the page or search for separate instructions.
Advantage Assistant appears as a small help panel that opens alongside the page you’re working on. It offers screen guides and quick, short videos, based on the screen you’re viewing.
The tool is designed to make CORE easier to use by providing support at the moment you need it. It helps you:
Complete tasks more accurately
Reduce rework and avoid common errors

How Advantage Assistant Works

When you open a page in CORE, Advantage Assistant may provide:

Field‑level explanations to help you understand what information is required
Videos: Short demonstrations of key actions
How to Use It
Look for the Advantage Assistant panel on the right side of the screen.
Expand or collapse the panel as needed.
Follow the steps or watch the videos while completing your task.
If provided, use the links to open related job aids or screen guides.
