This job aid provides instructions on how to check the status and details of your interface file processing within the BATJOBS system.
Steps to locate Interface File in BATJOBS:
Step 1: Type 'BATJOBS' in the Global Search Field
Step 2: Select 'BATJOBS View All Jobs (Financial)'
Step 3: Enter your Interface File Name: In the 'Job Name' field, enter the name, or a distinguishing part, of your interface file.
User a Widlcard: Append a wildcard character (*) before and after your file name. The wildcard allows the system to find any job name that contains your file name, rather than requiring an exact match.
Example: If your file name is, CORE_KAVA_GAX1_7101_2025112706011.txt you might search for *CORE_KAVA* or *GAX1_7101*
Step 4: Execute Search: Click 'Apply' to view the results.
Step 5: Review Results: Examine the list of jobs to find the one associated with your file processing.
