Setting up a Security Question
By creating a unique Security Question, users can manage their CORE passwords on their own. The user is then free to reset their CORE password without getting in touch with CORE Support.
Log into CORE and click on your initials icon in the top right of the home page.
Select Account Settings
Select Security Management
Enter your current password in the Password field
Select your desired Security Question from the drop-down.
Type in your answer and verify it.
