Where is my properties tab?
The Properties section is located in the main panel on the right side of the window. If you have the “Reading” display selected (located in the top right corner), you will see a read-only of the report Properties. If you have either the “Design” or “Structure” display selected, you will be able to make modifications to the report Properties.
Where is Edit Query?
After going into a report, someone with report developer access can click the dropdown menu in the top right corner and select Design, then under the Query section in the top menu, click the icon that looks like a grid with a cog to Edit.
How do I go back to the report view mode, after I've modified a query?
You will want to select "Apply Changes and Close" or "Cancel".
How do I request to add a new report developer?
Before completing the Report Developer training class, you will want to have your department controller submit an email to CORE help (core.help@state.co.us) providing your CORE User ID, department, and requesting your access.
How do I request to replace a report developer?
To add or remove a report developer your department controller will want to send a request to CORE Support (core.help@state.co.us) including the user IDs of the old developer and the new developer.
How do I request to have additional fields added to a Statewide report in infoAdvantage?
Any material changes to StateWide reports need to be submitted to the CORE Governance Committee. Details for submitting a request can be found on the CORE Website. They will review the request to determine the benefit and changes needed by other departments (i.e. the report in its current format is used as an upload into an external system, etc). Once approved by the CGC, report modification, and user acceptance/validation would need to be completed.
Another option would be to work with your Controller and have a report developer at your department create a modified version of the report in your Department report folder and request access for you to be able to run the report.
How long will it take to get my report developer training access?
Please allow 1-2 business days after you have completed your Report Developer training and put a note on your help desk ticket indicating that the training is complete.
Where can I locate intermediate or advanced infoAdvantage report developer training?
You can locate CORE Online Training through The State Learning Management System (LMS) which houses CORE training. If you don't already have an account, please contact core.training@state.co.us.
