Does the text field in PB include a spell check feature?
Yes, text fields do include a spell check feature. Users can right-click underlined words to view and accept corrections instantly.
Will I get an error message if I use the copy and paste feature from a word document to add data into a text field if I exceed the character limit?
No, the text field will not display an error message that the field size has been exceeded.
The limit for text fields is 2000 characters. When a user utilizes the cut and paste feature from a word or google document into the text field in PB it will accept up to 2000 characters. It will simply accept up to the character limit by cutting off data at the 2000th character.
Can I use tables and charts in the text fields in a budget request?
Text fields only utilize plain text. The formatting for tables and charts that are copied from word or google documents will not display correctly.
Can I use bullets in the text fields in a budget request?
Text fields only utilize plain text. The bullet point feature is not included in plain text. Users may elect to indent individual lines by using spaces and using a hyphen (-) to replace a bullet point.
