Identifying Rejected Transactions

To easily identify rejected transactions, you should refer to the steps listed below.
Navigate to the Transaction Catalog by entering DOCATLG in the global search bar or the left-hand navigation.
Select the Back button to reveal "Recent Searches" at the bottom of the page.
The most recent search is now at the front of the list.
Hit Enter to return results.
Enter a Transaction Phase entry of "Draft", a Transaction Status of "Rejected" and your user id in the Create User ID field.
If you do not see all the fields, click on the gear icon and configure your search criteria.
Select the Search button to yield results.
Press the pin icon on the recent entry.
Selecting this icon will toggle the icon color, identifying it as pinned.
Going forward, when selecting the "Pinned" toggle from the lower right side of the screen, it will always display this entry, to use in searching for rejected transactions.
