This job aid describes steps on how to troubleshoot CORE Printing Errors.
Solution: No defined print job exists for that transaction in CORE.
When you print a transaction but forget to check the “View Forms” checkbox, the resulting record will not appear on the View Forms page.
Solution: Reprint the form and ensure you check the View Forms checkbox.
The email option for forms printing is not currently operational. Attempting to use that option will display this error.
Solution: Use the PDF option to generate a PDF file of the form. When you retrieve it from the View Forms page, save it locally so that you can manually attach it to an email.
This error indicates a system problem and should be reported to CORE Help as soon as possible.
