Creating an ITI for an Internal Loan
This job aid describes the process to create an ITI for an Internal Loan.
Navigate to ITI
Use Global Search by Page Code to open a page
On the Global Search bar, click the drop-down.
Check the Page Code check box:
In the Global Search bar enter: ITI
Select ITI Internal Transaction Initiator
2. Create an ITI transaction
Select Create.
Enter the Transaction Department code of the Accepting department.
Enter the Transaction Unit prefix for the Accepting department.
Select the Auto Numbering.
Select Continue.
3. Enter the following information in the Header tab
Enter the Transaction Name and Transaction Description.
Make sure Provider/Seller is selected in the Initiator drop-down menu. Refer to ETYP to determine which role to select for your event type.
Scroll down to the Extended Description section and enter Contact info.
Select Save.
4. Populate the Accounting Tab
In the Accounting tab, under Accounting Line 1
Expand the arrow on the left side of the row to show more fields
In the General Information subtab.
Enter IN32 in the Event Type field.
Enter Line Amount.
Under the COA subtab.
Enter Fund, Department, Appr Unit, and BSA.
Select Save.
5. Validate the transaction
Validate and Submit transaction.
