Fiscal Year-End Interfaces 

There are two types of inbound interfaces that load to CORE. Please determine which interface type(s) your department uses and proceed accordingly: 

1. Interfaces with fiscal year information populated: 

a. Please keep in mind that your interface(s) adhere to BFY and FY rules beginning July 1, 2026. 

b. If you need to interface FY2026 cash payment activity, you will need to manually populate BFY2026, FY2026, and Period 12. However, the last day CORE will allow you to submit and/or finalize any interface relating to cash payment activity with 2026 as the fiscal year is 5:00 pm on Friday, July 17, 2026. 

c. If you need to interface 2026 closing activity, you will need to manually populate BFY2026, FY2026, and Period 13. However, the last day CORE will allow you to submit and/or finalize any interface related to closing activity with 2026 as the fiscal year is 5:00 pm on August 4, 2026. 

2. Interfaces with NO fiscal year information: 

a. CORE will automatically assume your interface is for FY27 starting on July 1, 2026. 

b. If you need to use FY2026, refer to item 1b above.
