How do I delete a user from my VSS account?
You will want to have your VSS Account Administrator contact the VSS Support Center (email@example.com) requesting the additional user to be removed from the account. They will want to provide the following information in their request.
- Legal Business Name.
- Federal Tax ID.
- Name of Former Employee.
Once the additional user has been successfully removed from the VSS account, you will receive an email confirmation.
