Why is my new address not showing on my VSS account?
Once you have updated and/or added new information to your VSS account, it will go into a pending status until it has been approved. Once your changes to your VSS account have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. To review your pending address changes, you will want to select Addresses & Contacts > View Pending Additions.
If it has been more than five business days since making changes to your account and you have not received an email confirmation, you will want to contact VSS Support Center with your Legal Business Name and Federal Tax ID with a brief description of changes you have made to your account that has not been updated.
