How do I update my contact information?

To update your Principal Contact Information on your ColoradoVSS account, you will want to follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to
    2. Log into your VSS Account.
    3. Select Addresses and Contacts tab.
    1. Scroll down to Update Contacts section.
    2. Select View/Update for the Contact ID that you will be updating.
    1. Update the Contact Information and select Save.
    1. Once you have updated the contact information, your changes will be pending approval. Once the pending changes have been approved, you will receive an email confirmation. If it has been longer than 5 business days since making changes to your account and they’re still pending, you will want to contact us again providing your Federal Tax ID and Legal Business Name so that we are able to research and provide feedback.
