Why did I not receive a temporary password when I used the "Forgot Your Password" link?

When you use the "Forgot Your Password" link, you will receive a temporary password in an email. The temporary password can be challenging to locate. The email you will receive will appear as follows:

Your new CORE password is shown below. If you did not request this password reset, please contact your security administrator immediately. For CORE support, please email: core.help@state.co.us.

The temporary password in the email response above is the characters listed after the core.help@state.co.us. In this example, the temporary password would be: 0Lz@0$fx0BByN.li.
