I just changed my CORE password using a temporary password and saved it within my browser, but now it's not letting me into the system and my account is locked. Why?

If you recently changed your password, the browser will save the temporary password instead of your new password. Please contact the CORE Support team (core.help@state.co.us) to have your account unlocked. Once it's unlocked you will want to clear the password field and re-type in your new password. When prompted to update the password select "Yes".
