How do I resolve "Security Roles does not exist for CORE User ID" error when disabling a CORE user?
Oftentimes, the most recent UDOC was intended to disable the CORE user, however, the Locked Out status was not changed to Disabled, even though all security roles have been deleted.
To resolve this issue, you will need to complete a UDOC to modify a user assigning the ANY security role to the user. The UDOC will need to be approved, prior to completing a UDOC to disable the user by removing the ANY security role and changing the locked out status field to disabled.
