How do I get remote access to CORE? (Including Higher Education staff and auditors)

If your department does not support VPN access, you will need to request Zscaler to remotely access CORE. Zscaler is a network proxy server that allows various agencies, that do not connect directly to CORE, access to CORE. This network proxy server verifies the user's credentials.

The user must first show ACTIVE in CORE before new Zscaler access can be requested.

This request can take up to two weeks to set up.

To request access, contact the CORE support desk at core.help@state.co.us with the following information:

    • Name of user

    • Title/Position

    • Department

    • Physical work address

    • Direct work line

    • E-mail
