Why is my report returning results that don’t appear to be correct?

If your report is running for a long time and returning results that you don’t expect or are different then results from the same report run earlier that day, it may be reaching the Universe timeout that is set for retrieving data. The typical Universe timeout is either 10 or 20 minutes. To determine how long your query ran before returning results you can review the report cover page. If the Execution time is near 600 or 1200 this typically means the report couldn’t retrieve all of the data and returned partial information

You may want to limit your infoAdvantage report to a smaller data set (i.e., limit to one Department, Accounting Period, etc.).
