How long, after my UDOC has been approved, will it take for me to be able to access infoAdvantage?

There is an automated process that will periodically, throughout the day, set-up infoAdvantage profiles based on approved UDOCs.

This process occurs at the following times:

    • 8:00 a.m.

    • 12:00 p.m.

    • 4:00 p.m.

    • 11:00 p.m.

For example, if a UDOC was approved at 10:00 a.m., the CORE user will want to wait until 12:00 p.m. to be able to access infoAdvantage.
