How do I resolve "Internal Error: the value of the parameter CDZ_VIEW_promptLeftPaneW is invalid (Error:INF)"?

This Internal Error is seen when you open a Web Intelligence report and resize the Prompts window in Internet Explorer 11. To resolve this error you will want to do the following:

    1. Click Ok.

    2. Refresh again.

After completing these steps, the report should run with no problems. You do not want to expand the prompt window.

If you’re still having trouble, you will want to use Firefox or MIcrosoft Edge as alternative browsers as this error message is only related to Internet Explorer 11.
