No. All ColoradoVSS awards made from an Evaluation Document (EV) with an Encumbrance document before the MAE2 award document was activated will not need to be cancelled or modified in any way. However, all ColoradoVSS awards created from an EV after the MAE2 document is activated will need to be created using an MAE2 document, with the exception of the State Price Agreement (SPA1) document.
