CORE will allow you to create a new version of an Evaluation (EV) document if you have finalized the most recent version of your EV and need to create new Solicitation awards. However, CORE will not allow new Solicitation Response (SR) documents to be loaded into the new version of the EV document; only SR documents loaded into the initial EV can be used.
