CORE System Availability

The CORE system is available on Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., with user support available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The CORE system is also available on weekends from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., but, user support is not available during those times.

  • To view system outages due to routine or ad-hoc maintenance, refer to the CORE System Calendar.

CORE Maintenance Schedule and Period Close Dates

Monthly software maintenance is performed on the second weekend of every month. On those weekends, the system is down from Friday night to Monday morning.
