How do I delete a user from my VSS account?

You will want to have your VSS Account Administrator contact the VSS Support Center (vsshelp@state.co.us) requesting the additional user to be removed from the account.  They will want to provide the following information in their request.

  1. Legal Business Name.

  2. Federal Tax ID.

  3. Name of Former Employee.


Once the additional user has been successfully removed from the VSS account, you will receive an email confirmation.
