Unfortunately, the VSS Support Center is not able to retrieve a pending registrations VSS User ID. If you have forgotten your User ID, you will want begin a newregistration by navigating back to the VSS home page and select Registration. **Note: If you received the Cannot Add New User error, it usually means the User ID you are creating is taken. To resolve this error you may want to try adding a number or symbol to the User ID. |
